1. Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

• Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide, along with any optional fields you choose to fill in.
• Basic server and request data. Our hosting infrastructure automatically receives standard request data — IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, and timestamps — used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled to understand which content is useful in aggregate. Analytics never receives form contents, names, or email addresses.

2. How we use information

• Respond to questions you submit through the contact form.
• Follow up about PPLI education and related materials you ask for.
• Maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Site.
• Understand, in aggregate, which articles and pages are useful so we can improve them.

3. What we don’t do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the Site.
• We do not use contact form submissions to train AI models.
• We do not share your information with third parties except as described in this policy or as required by law.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) to measure aggregate Site usage. Google sets cookies to distinguish unique browsers and sessions. We have IP anonymization enabled. 5. Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the Site — for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. Those vendors process information solely on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments. They are not authorized to use your information for their own marketing.

6. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as is reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the correspondence, after which we delete or anonymize them. Server request logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ configured retention period.

7. Your choices

• Request a copy or deletion of information you’ve submitted through the contact form.
• Opt out of Google Analytics using the tools linked in section 4.
• Decline cookies in your browser settings (some Site features may be affected).

8. Children’s privacy

simpleppli.com is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand that information you provide may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. under U.S. law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be effective when posted.
